I have distributed an Email to all members of the Society who have supplied the Society with their Email address.

I hereby give notice to all the other members who wish to vote on the motions to a) accept the final accounts and b) fold the ‘old’ unincorporated society;

to print and complete the proxy voting form, found by clicking here.

BSMDH – Scotland urgently requires your contact email address.   To ensure that you are not missing out on up to date news of courses and events send us your contact email address.   Please send your email address and any alterations to mailing details to: mail@bsmdh-scot.com It would be appreciated if you could clearly mark this email as BSMDH email update in the subject box, or something similar to avoid accidental deletion.   I am sure you appreciate just how important it is that we have this information, not only will it ensure you are contacted about forthcoming events it will also make it easier to receive essential information from the Society.    Your co-operation with this would be very much appreciated !
