VIENNA 17th - 21st SEPTEMBER 2008

Our Society is a constituent member of The European Society of Hypnosis (www.ESH-hypnosis.eu) and on the above date they are holding the 11th Congress in Psychotherapy and Psychosomatic Medicine.

The current President of ESH is our very own member, Dr Mhairi McKenna and we hope many of our members will go and support her. The programme is excellent, both socially and in relation to hypnosis.

BSMDH (Scotland) Travel Bursary 2008

The BSMDH Scotland offers a Travel Bursary to assist a member to attend this meeting. The Society will provide EUR 450 (being the cost of Congress Registration prior to 31st January 2008).

The conditions of the award will be that the member gives a full afternoon presentation at the December 2008 Society meeting (date and venue tbc). The presentation will be on the Congress, speakers, workshops and current perspectives on hypnosis reflected at the meeting.
